    Instructions

    • Start by searing your chicken breast on high heat until you get a nice golden brown color. This step should take no longer than 3-4 minutes on each side.
    • Remove your chicken from then pan. Lower the heat to medium low and add in your frozen spinach and garlic. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the spinach is soft. 
    • Add your coconut milk to the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
    • Add your chicken to the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes. 
    • Check on your sauce and make sure that it has reached the desired consistency. 
    • Let cool for another 5 minutes and serve.
