Keto Guacamole Recipe
This easy Guacamole Recipe is Made using Caribbean Avocados, full-fat Sour cream and crunch green onions.
Servings 8 Servings
- 1 1/2 Extra Large Avocados about 1 lbs of avocado
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup full fat sour cream you can also use full fat greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
In bowl, mash your avocados with a fork. Add sour cream, cilantro, salt, cayenne and garlic powder. Mix again until fully incorporated. Cut your lime in half and juice it onto your bowl. Mix again.
Serve with some low-carb cheese cracker & enjoy.
