This easy Guacamole Recipe is Made using Caribbean Avocados, full-fat Sour cream and crunch green onions.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Extra Large Avocados about 1 lbs of avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup full fat sour cream you can also use full fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • In bowl, mash your avocados with a fork. Add sour cream, cilantro, salt, cayenne and garlic powder. Mix again until fully incorporated. Cut your lime in half and juice it onto your bowl. Mix again.
  • Serve with some low-carb cheese cracker & enjoy.
