Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender
Warm up the turmeric milk either by frothing (steaming) or on the stove-top, on low-medium heat
Use organic ingredients when you can. For example, if the only organic ingredient you can afford on this list is the turmeric, get the organic turmeric and start there. Studies have shown that organic (compared to conventionally grown) turmeric is more potent and therefore more benefits with less turmeric powder. Do not forgo the pepper. You do not need a lot of pepper but it does need to be there. Fresh cracked is best too, since it's the piperine in the pepper that augments the bio-availability of turmeric and its health benefits.
