Yes! You can have all the fried/air fried stuff you want now. Think Chicken Nuggets, Scotch Eggs, Chicken Parm … all of the food that demands an awesome crispy crust.
This is my favorite keto breading and I’m hoping that once you try it, it will become yours too.

All is left to do is put all your ingredients in your food processor, blend until you get a crumble and store in an airtight mason jar. It will last you for as long as you need it.

Easy Keto Friendly Breading to use for all your favorite fried recipes
- 2 cups pork rinds
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- pinch of salt
