Hi friends! Idriss here. Today, I’m going to share with you my favorite keto breading recipe.
Yes! You can have all the fried/air fried stuff you want now. Think Chicken Nuggets, Scotch Eggs, Chicken Parm … all of the food that demands an awesome crispy crust. We also made crispy avocado fries ! Why not, right?
This is my favorite keto breading and I’m hoping that once you try it, it will become yours too.
Here is what you will need to make this recipe.
And a food processor!
All is left to do is put all your ingredients in your food processor, blend until you get a crumble and store in an airtight mason jar. It will last you for as long as you need it.
You very likely have a clear idea of what you want to use this breading for. We make a big batch and then store it for later use in our pantry. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups pork rinds
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until you get a crumbly texture. Store in an airtight mason jar.
