Hey friends! Qu’es ce que sup? I hope you are enjoying the summer time. For us who live in the northern hemisphere, we know and appreciate the fleeting beauty of summer. It makes the months of June, July, August and September so special.
One thing I don’t like to do during summer is cook complicated, time & energy consuming dishes. Turning on the oven turns my apartment into a sauna.
That is why I am putting more focus on cold dishes, like this amazing Keto Chicken Salad.

Enough about the weather. Let’s talk chicken. As usual, with this recipe, we have tried to keep it simple, quick and hopefully all made in one skillet.
30 minutes (or less) + one skillet = happiness.
I’ve found that happiness negatively correlates with the amount of time you spend doing the dishes. And positively correlates with the words chicken and creamy. So there you go, that’s why Creamy Garlic Chicken.
How’s it going friends!
It is February 2020 in Montreal. We had the biggest snowstorm of the year yesterday and the streets are covered in snow. As I am writing this blog post, Tis’ -15 Celsius (5 F), -26 (-15 F) if wind factored in. It’s cold, is my point.
That is why soup. But not just any soup. This is a Vegan Creamy Red Lentil Soup, garnished with homemade pumpernickel croutons, freshly ground black peppers and a drizzle of coconut cream.
It is just fantastic for this weather, or any weather really.
