How’s it going my friends?
How do you call a rectangle of deliciousness? Vegan dessert bars or vegan dessert squares?
As I was putting together this blog post, I was met with 2 problems. The first one was, how do I decide which recipes to share (there are so many great ones!) and what title to give to this post. Seriously.
I ended up choosing dessert bars as vegan dessert square sounds like a place vegans meet up to enjoy lots of dessert. A place where all the desserts are square. Squares cakes, square ice cream and square doughnuts … how would one go about making that last one exactly ?
That was my nonsensical segment.
In all seriousness, if you are a fan of everything sweet that comes in a bar/square format, then you are in for a treat.
Check it out!
1. Vegan Peanut Butter Blondies.
These no bake peanut butter blondies require a handful of ingredients and 5 minutes of your time. They are vegan, gluten-free and refined sugar-free. Keep in mind that they can be made with or without the peanut butter frosting. Although if you ask me, that is not a step I am willing to skip.
2. Blackberry Coconut Raw Bars
Another stunning dessert, made with wholesome ingredients and naturally sweetened. These amazing looking bars are raw, gluten-free and of course, dairy-free.
One of the things I like most about these is that you can make them well ahead of time and store them in your freezer. And here is the best part, it only takes 15 minutes at room temp to have them ready to enjoy.
3 Ingredient Paleo Brownies
Looking at these beauties you would think that there is a lot of work that goes into making them. But I would refer you to the title of this recipe again.
